In the neighborhood of Jesus Maria, there are 3800 houses. Bordering it lies Los Heroes, Ixtapaluca, with 27,000 individual residences, some individual homes, others three-story apartment complexes. Both these neighborhoods were built about 12 years ago. Just beyond Los Heroes lies San Buenaventura, a huge, sprawling neighborhood of 22,000 homes, which was constructed 4-7 years ago.
Figure 3-4 people per house, and just in these three neighborhoods you have approximately 200,000 people living.
