A Quiet Week…sort of…

Posted in

Mayra and I and the family leave for the U.S. after the Sunday service this Sunday here in Ixtapaluca. It has been an awesome summer, with 8 people saved here at the church through the ministry of the interns and the church working together in English classes, kids clubs and sports ministry. Please keep the following new believers in your prayers:

Alejandra 15
Patty 18
Victor 11
Alejandro 47
Neftali 40s
Naftali’s daughter 19
Bersa 18
Sarai 12

We had a teary debrief this past Monday at the Nacy’s house (CAM missionaries also). Tuesday, all of the 6-week interns returned to the states. I took Jonathan to the airport at 4:45 a.m. and stayed to see most of them off. Thanks to all of them for their contribution and investment here with us! We love them all.

Although most of our visitors have left us, we still managed to have lunch with Daniel and Erin Ransom, David Gomez, Rikki Pearson and Sandra Torres.

Please pray for us as we finalize last minute detials and pack for our month-long road trip to PA, then back through Dallas August 17-18 for CAM’s summer Next Step activity. Thanks for your prayers!
