Last night Samuel was here until around 11. We were talking and drawing…coming up with creative ideas for the painting and artwork that Samuel and Luis will be doing in Spain. Here’s some of our initial ideas.
Our theme for the Spain trip is “Abriendo Puertas”, and the key text is Revelation 2-3. In chapter 3, the Lord talks about opening a door that cannot be shut, then later on speaks of knocking at the door of our hearts.
Our plan is to take three canvases, one the size of a door and two windows on either side, and do some rather abstract painting to attract attention and to spur converation.
