Looks like we’ll have 6 people obeying the Lord in believer’s baptism this coming Sunday. Please pray for them. Their names are:

Here in Mexico we make baptisms a whole day affair, renting a bus and traveling out of Mexico City to a public swimming area. We pay admission, have a service and then give everyone 15 minutes or so to change. Then we all go to a section of the swimming area (it’s pretty big) and take it over.
In other news…Rod from PA and his wife Sue just blessed the church with a significant donation (again!), this time for new chairs and some instruments for our future church band. They also mentioned to spend some of the money on a sitter and a night on the town for Mayra and myself. Thanks!
I’ll not go into details…but please continue to pray for the church as we continue to confront serious issues, most recently in marriages here.
