Brigam Award Night

Posted in

What a crazy night last night! We had our good-bye party for the interns…they will be leaving here, most of them, for Guadalajara tomorrow morning. Instead of giving Oscars, golden Brigam’s were given out. Every intern and the Mexican youth that have accompanied the group received an award.

During a “commercial break” a rather colorful mariachi sang…not sure where he came from. A big thanks to Luis and Jessica, our very professional and truly hilarious co-hosts, and for Samuel who did an amazing job with the posters and awards.

Mayra received a special Servant Award, along with Ashley, one of the members of the group. We had…oh, probably 60 or more people in the house for this award ceremony. It was truly a highlight of the time here.

This morning we had our last group devotional time together, until a debrief time in about 2 weeks. Really a great time of sharing and prayer.
