We arrived home early today after spending Tuesday through Saturday in the Mexican state of Veracruz, at a lovely hotel (well, mostly lovely) in Fortin de las Flores. A pastor from CA named Bob Robison spoke, and was encouraging to us. CAM’s missionary body in Mexico has decreased in recent years, with families like the Williams, Gross, Casteel, Cheshier, Downs and Hower leaving us for a number of reasons to return to the U.S. We had a great time, though, with a conference much more simplified but still edifying. I’ll try to post more pics later.
