I just began reading Counterfeit Gods: The Empty Promises of Money, Sex, and Power, and the Only Hope that Matters, by Timothy Keller. Great book so far.
Joe Martinez just mentioned that there’s an opening at CAM’s November candidate school…looks like he is on the fast track to coming back.
I went to four stores today, including Sam’s Club and City Club, looking for a simple push mower, but found none. “All sold out,” I was told, “Won’t have more until next year.” We need one…might have to venture into the city to buy one.
