Denver

Posted in

We cruised into Denver and did something my father has not nor will ever do, when downtown into a major city just to check it out.  Maybe there’s more city in us than country!  The downtown area of Denver was filled with everything a cool city on a Friday night should have, both good and bad.  Big highlight for the boys…driving past the Broncos stadium.

After that, Interstate 70 West to Idaho Springs…and tomorrow, a bit farther south to Georgetown.  We’ll see.  Then, a trip straight north up through the Rockies for our conference that starts on Sunday.

We have seen A LOT of both New Mexico and Colorado in the last couple of days, in addition to a couple of deer along the road so far.  Hope to see much more wildlife next week in Estes Park.
