Samuel and I spoke to a mall administrator last Saturday regarding Lighthouse Collective, the group from Troy, Michigan that’s coming…including a whole band. Great news…we received initial permission to give concerts in the mall in a public area right by the food court, plus potentially unusued commercial mall space to give music lessons. I have another meeting with mall officials today at 1 p.m. (soon). Pray that this permission is granted! The open-air mall has a Walmart at one end and a Sams Club at the other, with a lot of retail stores in the middle.
In other news…16 ladies from the church had a great time at a women’s conference this past Saturday. Becky Baron Munoz spoke on spiritual gifts…a very edifying time. Mayra left driving the van at 7:30 a.m. and returned home at 9:30 p.m….long day!
Also…it was good to have Jon Campbell, CAM board member, with us over the weekend.
