Grafitti Mural

Posted in

Alyssa Miller and Samuel Valtierra have been up early for the past couple days, painting on a rather unusually canvas…the bottom of a water tower very close to our community center.

Last Sunday the youth group painted the wall up as far as they could reach with 2 meter extensions (and managed to get a number of other things white as well).

The graffiti style artwork will show a sharp contrast between the life that his in Christ and the darkness and hopelessness that is present without Him.

Already Alyssa and Sam have had the opportunity to share the gospel to interested on-lookers, and even had a rather extended talk with some municipal police, who stopped by to make sure we had the proper permissions from the local gangbangers, who have laid claim to this tower. We do. God also gave us permission.
