On Friday, four of us from Jesús María, and another 6 men from the first church here went to a men’s retreat to Camp Koinonia, a Bible Church camp about three hours northwest. We arrived after 10 p.m. on Friday, after getting a bit lost. Ismael gave the teaching time both days.
The camp is situated on 35 acres of beautiful wooded hillside, with a fair amount of water available. We found a chameleon, and I wanted to bring it home and add to our pet collection, but it is a protected animal…cool looking!
