Last week was a blur…son David and I, along with Fernando Amezcua, Erik Morga, Tim Blykcer and Samuel Valtierra left the house at 5 p.m., and made it to Matehuala, far north, at around 10:40 p.m., where we met up with the Cottrills, and continued on to McAllen, TX.  We crossed the border around 7 p.m., and arrived at Jon and Libby White’s house sometime around 8 p.m.

I have been in Mexico for 20 years now, and I’ve never seen a snow-covered mountain so far north in Mexico…but we saw a whole range of mountains covered with snow coming into Saltillo.  Pretty amazing!

We were treated to a feast, and finished off our late meal with a bowl of ice cream.  Ah…we were in the U.S.!

Great to spend time with friends, and talk with Tony and Bendra Vasquez again.  Tony was the conference speaker.

I can’t upload pictures right now…because our Internet service is SO SLOW, but I will later.  Thanks for all of your prayers!
