Valentine’s Day Dinner

Posted in

Last night (Saturday) we were privileged to have Jose Antonio and Becky Munoz speak and do music out our annual Valentine’s dinner. For some reason attendance was really low, and there was only one non-church couple there, but we thank the Lord for the event nonetheless. Tono’s devotional was excellent and the games we played were really fun.

We ate pozole, a very well-known Mexican dish with hominy (puffed whole corn) and pork. The process of making pozole is complicated, the the results were very tasty. We ate the left-overs after church today. Here’s some pictures.
