Home in PA

We arrived home as a family safely to my parents home in Elizabethtown PA around 2 a.m. Sunday morning. Today we visited both sets of my grandparents and are now getting ready to go to Word of Life Chapel’s Christmas Eve Celebration. It’s great to be home!

Christmas Greetings

Feliz Navidad from Mexico City, Mexico. Christmas has to be our favorite time of the year as a family. We just love every part of it. This year Mayra did some special things, establishing some family traditions, including the lighting of an avent candle on the 4 Sundays before Christmas, and the eating of a

Christmas Drama Pictures

Our first night of doing our church Christmas drama was a great success, with probably 120-150 attending, probably a good half of which were visitors. Here are some pictures of the welcome, a Childrens drama forming a tree (with a little incident of one little boy catching fire…but that’s another story), then pictures of the

After the breakfast the ladies did a Christmas craft. It was a really neat time.

Christmas Garage Sale

Yesterday the church started our Christmas Bazaar, selling clothing, Christmas crafts and other articles in front of the church. With the clothing the people received a WonderBook (a CEF publication given to us by E-town Grace Brethren–thanks) and a leaflet with weekly church activities and an announcement promoting our Christmas drama. The first day we

Here’s a group pictures from last week’s CAM Mexico Fellowship Conference … if you get out your magnifying glass you can see us right about in the middle. The smaller group photo is a Moody Bible Institute alumni picture.

Raul and Claudia had a church wedding … after being married for 7+ years! It was a great time of celebration. The “theme” of the wedding was a cow jumping over the moon, because at one point Raul told his wife that he would have a church wedding when that happened. Probably close to 100
