Spain here we come…

Posted in

Last night at prayer meeting we had a pretty good attendance, with somewhere around 15 people showing up to pray, which might not seem like good attendance, but it’s better than we’ve had the past couple of weeks.

Yesterday I went over hotel reservations and plane tickets with Samuel. Samuel and Luis leave for Spain tonight, arriving in Madrid after a long layover in London. They actually get to Madrid a day before the rest of the team.

We leave on Friday at 5:30 a.m. for Dallas, then Fayetteville, AR, and will be participating in the wedding rehearsal Friday night and Rikki and Charles’ wedding Saturday early afternoon. It’s gonna be a GREAT time! Rikki and Charles are both dear friends who met last summer during the internship program.

We get to Spain on Sunday at 3 p.m. after leaving Fayetteville at 5:15 the day before. That’s 22 hours of travel. Ouch. We go via Chicago, Frankfurt then Madrid.

Today we have to finish packing, I need to finish (start?) preparing my sermon for Spain on Easter Sunday, and, well, make sure everything is o.k. here for our absence.

Thanks for your prayers!
