Around 2700 students in 4 days

Matheus, Cheila and Karen, three of the four WOL students who normally visit us on the weekends, were with us all week this week. They were busy! From Monday through Thursday they began teaching at 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. and taught classes in two local jr. hi schools and one high school through the evening hours, talking to a group of 50-120 kids each hour.

What did they teach? School administration was enthusiastic about our proposal to present value-oriented talks about decision-making, auto-destructive behaviors (like anorexia, bulimia, addictions) and bullying. They did an awesome job! For the last 10 minutes of their 50 minute presentation, they divided the class up in three groups, and spoke more directly to them about their faith in God, etc…

They also invited the young people to visit the house we rent in Palmas 1 on Saturday to get to know them better. We could have a lot of kids show up!  Today (Friday) we enjoyed a free day in Puebla and Cholula…they deserve it! Pray for fruit.
