I think I mentioned on our previous post that the theme for this year’s outreach events and short-term teams is “Going Viral, Living an Infectious Faith.” As always I depend on Samuel for coming up with cool graphics. For those of you who don’t know Sam, he is an elder at the second church and teaches Physics at a High School and Jr. Hi. But his passion is art, and he’s really good at it.
He initially came up with the first graphic, of me hugging a syringe. Hmm…ok, it’s humorous. But the whole syringe idea…just made me a bit uncomfortable. Plus the title “Going Viral” has both a digital and an organic (as well as a spiritual) sense to it. He recently sent me the black and white logo, which I think does both ideas justice, and will look great on a t-shirt!
The last graphic is our missionXchange logo (with a bit of shadow).
