We feel very blessed to be able to spend several weeks with our son Daniel, my parents and family in PA. Among the highlights so far…Cathy’s 15th birthday party! A big thank you to my parents John and Arlene, sister Beth and friend Peggy for preparing everything, decorating Cornerstone Youth Center and for helping make it super special. Among the highlights…Cathy “dancing” with her brothers, dad, grandpa and a bunch of relatives who, needless to say, really didn’t know what they were doing!
Special guests…Brigam from Buffalo and Wesley from Connecticut!
Other special happenings…so far a Sunday with Mt. Calvary Church in Elizabethtown, PA and a visit to Windsor Chapel, near Trenton, NJ. Great times at both churches.
Of course, we so enjoy the outdoors while we’re here. David has been hanging out a good deal with his grandpa, and fishing with me. A special trip for him is coming up…a three day fishing trip with uncle Dwight to Lake Ontario! Hope he hooks a big one, and doesn’t drive Dwight absolutely nuts. David has a knack for doing that.
