Weekends are such fun times around here. Productive ones, too, with a Bible study, kids club, soccer league, youth group meeting and Sunday church service happening. This weekend, Canadian friend Shelli Nuefeld gave a 5-hour conference on kids ministry at the Jesus Maria church also, with people from four different churches attending. Our weekend was full of other craziness, including a Settlers of Catan game (I won’t mention who won), tacos of course, my famous shrimp pasta and general constant activity in our house. We had a near-record attendance Sunday morning also. It was neat to have Alejandra here this weekend from Wol (along with our fearsome 4), and to get to know Juan and Connie better.
Abby Chennels is with us for the next 10 days, great to have her back!
